Crazy Flavored Jelly Beans

Updated on July 15, 2015

Looking for a fun party game?

The Harry Potter books describe Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans as being quite an interesting adventure for the taste buds. Every flavor literally means that they are made in every flavor from yummy peach or strawberry to disgusting vomit or earwax.

The Jelly Belly company has taken this crazy flavor concept a step further by turning it into a game, Bean Boozled. Each box comes with a little flavor spinner. The catch, each color of jelly bean can be one of two flavors. For example if the spinner lands on yellow that yellow jelly bean could be a yummy flavor like banana or a gross flavor like pencil shavings.

So many colors and flavors - Jelly Beans are great all year round, not just at Easter

Regular jelly beans come in all sorts of delicious flavors. The trick with Bean Boozled is what looks like a Chocolate Pudding jelly bean could end up tasting like Canned Dog Food.

It's a box of candy and game all in one! Use the spin wheel to decide what bean you eat. Will it taste great or gross? A fun way to dare your friends to try a random flavor.

Could there be a more elegant or wizard approved way to store your jelly beans? I love that this apothecary jar has 3 elegant feet. It will look great amongst the Chocolate Frogs and Fizzing Whizzbees!
